  • 2.3. Data collected when you are a ManagedLEI customer. If you or your organisation become a ManagedLEI customer and use the ManagedLEI Platform, we may additionally process:

    • Entity Data (public): Company name, CIN, PAN, GSTIN, registered address and other corporate identifiers required for LEI validation;
    • Representative Data (personal): Names, business contact details and designations of authorized representatives;
    • Authorization Documents: Letters of Authority (LoA), board resolutions and similar records which may contain names and signatures of directors/authorised signatories;
    • Platform usage and audit logs: Records of actions taken within the ManagedLEI Platform (for example, logins, uploads, searches, changes to watchlists or records) together with timestamps and user identifiers, for compliance, security and audit purposes.
  • 2.4. Server and security logs. Our servers and security tools may log access times, IP addresses, URL requests, error codes and metadata related to security events and vulnerability scanning, including data derived from tools such as OWASP Dependency‑Check about libraries and dependencies, not about individual visitors.

3. Purpose and Legal Bases of Processing:

    • 10.1.4. For LEI reference data that is part of the global LEI system, your rights are primarily to ensure accuracy and completeness (for example, through updates and corrections) rather than removal from public LEI databases.
